THE PROJECT features the logo design for Mix Events, a student-run event planning company at Xavier University. Mix Events focuses on programming events for students such as basketball watch parties, social events, and more.
THE LOGO emulates a galactic, retro feel reminiscent of 1980's arcades combined with modern and sleek typefaces that would appeal to their target audience. It is a combination of sans-serif and script typefaces, and sports a drink icon embedded within the "M," bringing about the feeling of community through social gathering and celebration.
